Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you have to slack off. You can spend your leisure time constructively learning some new skill or language, and relax in a beautiful area at the same time.
You could do a shortened version of a game ranger’s course and learn about tracking, driving off-road, shooting and general knowledge about the bush. A birding course would also be fun. Of course, you can learn a language – South Africa is an excellent place to learn English.
Some of the most popular learning holidays, though, are painting and photography.
