Montagu

At the western end of Route 62, this medium-sized town has a number of attractions. There are wineries galore, a well developed hot spring resort, and some of the best (and most challenging) sport and traditional climbing in the Western Cape. In summer, you can do an exciting overnight kloofing trip in Nuy River Gorge.

Montagu is about 190km from Cape Town.
